Columns in Toggle field

Hello,

 I have created  check boxes for the lines which is in a file below using toggle field. How can I obtain the below lines in columns or the way which is readable easily?

Book ONE:

columna columnb columnc columd cole collumnf

MATHS-ONE this is maths book 0.78

HISTORY-***-POP 9.87 history book is this!

HOME-WORK this is done 10.01 9.9

Book TWO:

columna columnb columnc columd cole collumnf

SCIENCE-ONE this is science book 0.78

HISTORY-***-POP  history book 9.87 is this!

WORK-BOOK this is done 10.01 9.9

GEO-TWO yes! very good book here

The number of lines in a file is not fixed.

Below is how I want it to appear or something which is clearly displayed. Are there any APIs I can use so that the words come under each header as shown below:

Book ONE:

columna                   columnb    columnc  columd   cole    collumnf

MATHS-ONE             this           is            maths     book    0.78

HISTORY-***-POP   9.87         history    book       is          this!

HOME-WORK            this          is            done      10.01      9.9

Book TWO:

columna                    columnb   columnc   columd      cole    collumnf

SCIENCE-ONE         this           is              science     book   0.78

HISTORY-***-POP  history      book         9.87           is        this!

WORK-BOOK            this            is             one           10.01   9.9
