Is there a way to reload a context file without restarting Virtuoso? Thanks.

this is not possible even if all functions which are available in the context will be undefined?

No, it is not possible. It's nothing to do with whether functions are defined or not. A context is an incremental snapshot of the state of the SKILL virtual machine, and there is an explicit check which doesn't allow it to be reloaded.
