I used IC5141 VXL release.

    I found the solution on how to change the library of a mosaic VIA .

    Here is my code :

    procedure( lm()
     cv = geGetWindowCellView()    
    foreach(instHeader cv~>instHeaders
     printf("\n %L " instHeader~>libName)

       then instHeader~>libName="NEW_LIB"
