way to approach instance properties

I found a way to approach property of instances selected in schematic or layout. That is like below.

selectedSet()~>[CDF Parameter]

CDF Parameter is CDF Parameter name of Edit Object Properties.

Sometimes it works(returns the value), but someties it returns only (nil).

how can I check the lists of CDF Parameter the instance have?

I haven't had issues with my limited use of the cdfGetInstCDF() function:

obj=car(geGetSelectedSet())
instParamNameList=cdfGetInstCDF(obj)~>parameters~>name
instParamValueList=cdfGetInstCDF(obj)~>parameters~>value
