Hi,

Am using Cadence virtuoso ADE L environment, Is there any way to know the region of operation of Transistor (of UMC 180 nm technology) at all instants of my Transient simulation, which can be very useful in any design analysis.

Similarly using Cadence virtuoso ADE L environment, Is there any way to plot frequency(using calculator) of some wave in schematic vs input i/ v of schematic (UMC 180 nm technology) in Transient simulation.
