Would it possible to generate .sp file from the gds file?.

I need to perform lvs with calibre through "netlist vs netlist".

Would it possible to generate .sp file from the gds file ?.

    Ahmad, if you are using Mentor Graphics' Calibre for this, then this would be a question better asked on a Mentor Graphics forum rather than a Cadence Design Systems forum (since the tool is not from us). This can be done with Assura or PVS (or with QRC potentially if you want parasitics) or various other options - but if you're using Calibre then you'd be better off asking elsewhere.
