Is there a way to disable specific buttons on a button box field?

It is very convenient field, however I seldom use it just because there is not documented way to disabled specific buttons and usually I like my form to disable irrelevant buttons.

I'm now starting to code a new form and just wondered if someone here was able to disable specific buttons.

  • All the buttons in the buttonBox field are treated the same, there is no way to disable specific buttons. Build your own buttonBox API using the button fields and you will have more control. I would name each button sequentially so they are easy to identify and control.
