Assura DRC Log File - Error Description Character Limit

I am running Assura (Release 4.1) for design rule checking (DRC). The Assura DRC run writes results to a log file (drc.log) within the chosen run directory. Each rule violation reported in the drc.log file has its description truncated to 49 characters in length if exceeded. I am performing an automated comparison between the reports within this log file and the design rule manual to ensure everything is one to one. But for this automation to work, the full rule violation description must be reported. Is there any known way of increasing or bypassing this 49 character limit?

Here is an example of a truncated description in the drc.log file:

(  150)  50.5: Metal 5 minimum spacing and notch

The full description should read:

 (  150)  50.5: Metal 5 minimum spacing and notch is 0.50

I see that CCR 1489444 was filed for the same issue.
