If I've coordinate, layer name and net name, how to find sub cell name and library name from top level layout?

ex:

M2A       (20.112, 97.430)     avdd

    Not sure the net name is particularly helpful here, but you could use:

    layerName="M2A"
    coord=list(20.112 97.430)

    procedure(abGetHierPathShape(overlap)
      if(listp(overlap) then
        abGetHierPathShape(cadr(overlap))
      else
        overlap
      )
    )

    overlaps=dbGetTrueOverlaps(cv list(coord coord) layerName 32)
    foreach(overlap overlaps
      containCv=abGetHierPathShape(overlap)~>cellView
      printf("lib: %s cell: %s: view: %s\n" containCv~>libName containCv~>cellName containCv~>viewName)
    )

    There's a loop because there could be multiple cellViews with the layer at that point.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
