Netlisting routine definition for a P-cell inside a PDK used by virtuoso to parametrize P-cell

Hi,

I was going through a PDK and wanted to look at the skill files defining the parameter for P-cells and am unable to find it in the PDK. Any suggestions as to where I can find it ? Either helping with the skill file name or the netlisting routine file location source would be extremely helpful.

Regards,
Ravi

    Ravi,

Where the code is located depends on the PDK. However, in many cases the code will either be in a binary context file (.cxt) suffix or an encrypted SKILL file because the foundry doesn't want you to see it (or modify it, which is often the primary motivation for encrypting it).

Maybe you should ask the PDK provider.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
