Resistance of a path having multiple metals and via

I want to calculate resistance of a path which is made of multiple metals and via......for example:-  metal1+via+metal2.........how to do it?

    Use an extraction tool such as QRC or the in-design extraction capability of Virtuoso EAD (Electrically Aware Design).

    Well you'll have to write something then! There's nothing built-in to do this for you. It's a far from trivial task, which is why I suggested using an extraction tool.
