Type character in SKILL

Hi,

What do we mean by type character in SKILL?

Ex: Type character of integer data type is x

    Shahbaz,

    The type characters are used for a simple mechanism in SKILL to do type checking on arguments. In the CIW, use the Help menu. If it's a new enough version, you can use the search box directly, but otherwise pick a document (e.g. Virtuoso Documentation Library) and then do View->Show Navigation, and in the search on the left pane (or the search directly in the Help menu) enter "type characters". The first hit will probably be one in the SKILL manual called "Type Checking" and this will explain it clearly.
