How to netlist using SKILL?

archive
archive over 18 years ago

For a given config view, i tried the createNetlist() command, after which OCEAN displays the path to the .scs file which should indicate that the config view has been renetlisted successfully. But that is not the case. The simulation refers back to the old netlist file. Does anyone know how to re-netlist a design (schematic/config view) using SKILL?

You can always use createNetlist(?recreateAll t)

In 446/ic50 days the ocean> skill subset did not support that command.. you had to be running icfb or icms in order to recreate the netlist..
