auto create via

hi,

i want to create script that create vias, but i have a problem when i need to create some vias.

i create a via like this:

 dbCreateVia(cv viaDefId l_point  "R0" viaParams)

i have two questions:

1. how can i using in auto create (leHiCreateVia) without wait for click mouse (i want give the point)? 

2. how can i get the min space from techFile?

    Hi Ori,

    For the first question see 

    Alternatively you could try to automate using preXY() and then calling leHiCreateVia() - but I'm not a big fan of that approach.

    For the second question, that would be using:

    tfId=techGetTechFile(cvId)
    techGetSpacingRule(tfId "minSpacing" "Poly")

    However, you may need to use techGetSpacingRuleTableEntry() instead to retrieve a table rule.
