Display lists vertically

I have two lists -

Cell Name = ("a"  "b"  "c")

View Name = ("1"  "2"  "3")

I want to display these two together using Skill as below-

CellName    ViewName

a            1

b            2

c            3

How to do it? I used hiCreateReportField() but it display them horizontally as below -

CellName    ViewName

a                    b

1                    2
