Regarding Manual Connections

Hi Everyone: In Top-Level I want to route manual connections between Pins. How can i do that? Can anybody Help me..

    Are you using Virtuoso Layout Suite XL? Do you have access to GXL? If so, why not use the router that's part of that rather than trying to write your own. Even with Virtuoso XL there is the ability to route a single wire at a time automatically.

    You still really haven't provided enough information...
