how to change label name associated with one particular instance in schematic view?

Hi,

I have schematic hierarchy of resistors instances (schematicSymbol).

What I am trying to do is take one particular instance , check if that have PLUS label associated with it,  if so then change that PLUS label to something else (ex: net1) 

If I use following code it changes all PLUS to net1 but I just want to change for one particular instance not all.

setof(x cv~>shapes x~>objType=="label" &&
      x~>theLabel=="PLUS")~>theLabel="net1"  )

Please guide me , how do I achieve this using Non interactive SKILL ?
