Invoke Ezwave through OCEAN/SKILL

archive
archive over 18 years ago

Hi!
Is there any way to invoke EZwave through OCEAN/SKILL for plotting results instead of using 'awd' ?
I know that Cadence and Mentor are not the best of friends, but just wanted to ask anyway.
Cheers,
Vara

This can be done, as far as I know. You'll need to read the chapter in the Mentor Artist Link manual which describes how to do this.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

That said, you can't use it for everything - you're going to be limited to a subset of what was produced by the simulator. You can't use it to plot arbitrary calculations performed in OCEAN.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
