how to measure waveform using ocean

Hi, there
     suppose I have a waveform (using getData), and want to see the Y value of the waveform giving a X value,how can I do this using ocean statement.(in stead of using graphical means)

    Use the value() function. It will be value(getData("/blah") xvalue)
