How to keep the pcell’s functionality after stream in

Hello:

The question confused me for a long time.I have a project which change from IC51 to IC61.

When I stream out the layouts in IC51 as project.gds, and then I stream in the gds into IC61,

all pcells‘ parameters become default value(for example  a pmos which  W/L=1/3  in  IC51,become  W/L=0.44/0.18).

IS there any possible way to fix this problem?

What I really want is:when I stream in the gds in IC61 every pcell’s parameter is the same as the one which in IC51.

Thank you very much!

This question makes no sense. When you stream out a database to "gds" then all pcells are converted to fixed geometries (usually in a cell per variant, although that depends on the option). If you then stream it back into IC61, it won't be a pcell any more - it's still a fixed cell.

So I don't understand how pcell parameters can change - there's no pcell instances once you've streamed back in.

    What are you actually doing?

    Regards,

    Andrew
