How to ignore number of finger comparison while running LVS.

Hi,

I am using Assura for LVS. I am getting parameter error because i have not maintained the number of fingers same as in schematic.

I want to ignore the number of finger comparison & i want the tool to compare only the total width. The only way i am able to do this is by manually editing schematic & changing the width to total width.

I am presently working on 500nm node & usually there used to be a switch in assura called "SKIP_MOS_MI_COMPARE" when working on other nodes which is not there in 500nm.

Below are the switches presently available in LVS FORM.

HPO2RES_3K

MOM_2T

MOS_D/S_TO_PW/GD_CHECK

NON_ZERO_DELTAW_DELTAL

RES_T3

THICK_TOP_METAL_3UM

Is there any other way where in i can ignore the number of fingers & compare only the total width.
