Automatically add pcapacitor and its value from csv file to schematic using SKILL

Hi All

I'm a novice skill coder and i require assistance in creating a script to automatically create a schematic representation of the extracted C netlist.

I want to be able to use skill to automatically add pcapacitor instances plus their values from an extracted netlist to an existing hierarchical schematic, i am only interested in parasitic C values greater than a predefined limit eg 5fF

If the above is too complicated then alternatively I want to use skill to add pcapacitor and its value from a csv file to a schematic

csv format

instname value net1 net2

C1234  5.5f outp gnd

C1235  6.1f outn gnd

C1235  13.7f outn outp

thanking you in advance for your help
