dbcreate not able to draw in a group, synchronous copy/clone

Hi Everyone,

I have a script that draws objects through the use of dbcreate...

It works well except that when I descent to a group or a clone and use the script, the objects are drawn on top not inside the group/clone cell.

How can I draw these objects such that they will become a member of the group?

Thanks in advance,

Ferdinand

    Hi Ferdinand,

    dbAddFigToFigGroup(
    d_figGroupId
    d_figId
    )
    => t / nil

    Adds a figure to the specified figGroup.

    For the fig group question. I'm not sure about clones, they may be implemented as fig groups? So try the dbAddFigToFigGroup() function first and see if that covers both groups and clones.

    Best regards,

    Lawrence.

    Hi Lawrence,

    It works, also for Group and SyncClone.
    Thanks a lot!
