Opening existing layout from schematic in XL using SKILL language

Hi,

I have done the layout of a particular schematic and in my case schematic and layout are present in different library.

I need the solution for opening the existing layout from schematic using SKILL.

    Hi Lawrence,

    In my case initially the layout was done from the schematic, where both schematic and layout views were present in same library.
    But later on schematic views from that library got copied to some other library which is having only schematic views.(Designer will be using this new library for any update in schematic)
    So in this case when I launch XL from layout, it opens the schematic from the same library(not from the new library).

    So I am launching the existing layout from schematic of new library, where we have the option of choosing the library/cell/view.
    But I want to skip all these manual steps(usage of GUI). I want a SKILL program which will serve the same purpose.

    I hope my problem statement is clear to you.

    FYI I m using virtuoso 6.1.6
