Set leHiMarkNet default settings

How do I set the leHiMarkNet settings to default to settings I set in markNetOptions when I start cadence?

Or what settings/environment variables for leHiMarkNet?

I think I posted too quick before researching

Is this the correct method?

in the .cdsenv file

layout markNetOptionsFile string "user_define_filePath"

or with skill

envSetVal(“layout” “markNetOptionsFile” `string "user_define_filePath")
