Virtuoso Analog Distributed Processing options default

Hello,

I would like to set a default (skill commands in .cdsinit?) on the Analog Distributed Processing form:

1. "reuse job name after completion"

2. "remove data before job submission"

3. "command"    OR    "queueName"    AND   "LSF resource string"

Do you have a solution? Is it documented?

Thank you

Aldo

    Aldo,

    1. envSetVal("asimenv.distributed" "deleteJob" 'boolean t)
    2. envSetVal("asimenv.distributed" "removeJobData" 'boolean t)
    3. envSetVal("asimenv.distributed" "queueName" 'string "my queue")
      envSetVal("asimenv.distributed" "lsfResourceString" 'string "resource string")
      envSetVal("asimenv.distributed" "selectLsfResourceString" 'boolean t)
envSetVal("asimenv.distributed" "drmsCommand"  'string "bsub -q myqueue") ; setting this will force it to use command mode

Yes, these are documented. Search for lsfResourceString in cdnshelp and you'll find the relevant part of the manual.

    Andrew.
