multiple lists for foreach

I see code of this form:

foreach( (field prompt)
                   '( lib            cell        view        resultfile          )
                list("Library Name" "Cell Name" "View Name" "Output Results File")

    /*do something here*/

)

I understand that the loop is reading both "field" and "prompt" from the two lists, however, I do not find any documentation for this. This seems very similar to "zip" in python. What is this form called, and where is it documented.

Thanks

    Thanks, as you said, this is documented in SKILL Language Reference. I was looking at SKILL Language User Guide, which does not have the detail.
