What is the maximum number of cells within a library

Hi all,

I bump into a scenario where my automation may create more than 10k of cells within a library.

Before I continue developing the code, I would like to know is there any limitation of cells with a library?

If yes, what is the number? And is there any way to handle it if more than 10k of cells is required within a single library.
