SKILL command to open design in tab for enabled tests in Assembler

Hi,

I want to be able to open design in tab for enabled tests in Assembler using SKILL (actually I want to be able to do this using bind-key to reduce number of mouse clicks :)).

I found the way to do it like this:

sevSession=axlGetToolSession(session test)
sevOpenSchematic(sevSession)

But, as I understand, sevOpenSchematic is ADE-L function (and may be not supported in future in Assembler?).

Is it a better way to do this using Assembler/ADE-XL functions?

Thank you,

Alex.

    The sev APIs will continue to be supported - they are part of the infrastructure upon which Explorer/Assembler are built. So this is a reasonable approach. Maybe there is something to be said for having a simpler "mae" function to do this, but at the moment there isn't one as far as I know.
