label height in pixels

Hi,

Is there any special kind of display packet which does not respect the zoom factor? I need to place a label in layout which should be visible at any zoom level.

Something like the label height in display pixels. I can see the ruler is behaving something similar to this.

I'm using both IC616 and ICADV.

Any suggestion would help
