Is there env variable to set the ruler color

Is there env variable to set the ruler color? ( fontColor )

Or do I set it with hilite drawing4?

    This article explains how you can set a cdsenv variable to alter which packet is used to display the ruler (or transient ruler). Useful if you don't want to disturb the packet for hilite/drawing4 if used for other things.
