pinter setup to have wire bolder

DavidLou

hello exports,

I had .cdsplotinit setup to print to my color printer. with the 1200dpi capability the wire is printed really skinny. how can I make it printing bolder? I tried playing with "pen" in .cdsplotinit but seems not working as what I want. should I play with post-script? how?

thanks,

David

P.S.

the .cdsplotinit file:

I've not tried this (recently) but there is an article on Cadence Online Support which suggests modifying the ps.prologue file in the installation. Unfortunately I don't believe there's a way of pointing at a ps.prologue outside of the installation.

The plotting infrastructure is quite old in Virtuoso and could probably do with a bit of love...

If this doesn't help, I'd suggest contacting customer support.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    thanks Andrew,

yes, update from ps.prologue is fine and seems working. I don't have to do following up post-processing then.

    thanks,

    David
