Coloring SKILL AppForm fields

Hello All,

I have already searched the forum and all discussions were stating that we can't change the background or the color of the fields.

While I was looking for inspiration for a report type form I saw that image. My question is, how this type of formatting is possible for ADE and are we able to duplicate (use) it?

Thank you

Stoyan

    Stoyan,

It's possible in ADE because they're using native Qt fields rather than hi widgets. This is done for certain situations where a more complex UI is needed - essentially the Qt code is implemented in C++ and then an "hi" container is wrapped around it.

So you still can't do it yourself, sorry.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Andrew,

Thank you. I was supposing that might be the answer, but had to ask.

    Regards,

    Stoyan
