Finfet Pcell creation

Need guidance in developing pcells for finfet.

    Praveen,

    Please contact customer support. Firstly your question is very open ended - it's unclear what guidance you need, but more importantly technology information about any FinFET processes would be bound by non-disclosure agreements with the foundries and so anyone would be unable to discuss such things here.

    If you're looking for an example PDK for a FinFET process, we have a "generic" PDK (in other words, it's not for a real process, but it's representative) which can be found at http://pdk.cadence.com .

    Currently am working with open pdk development and need to develop the layout pcells for those in Cadence environment.
