how to enable CIW error message prompting when loading ocean script

hello experts,

I guess silly question, if I load ocean script in CIW and when there's some error in the script, the CIW just execute quietly without telling which line of code failed execution. should there be some way to make CIW prompt which line has problem to help debugging.

thanks,

David

    Hi David,

How are you loading the OCEAN script? If I do load("runSim.ocn") and there's an error, I get (in red):

    *Error* times: can't handle (nil * 5)
*Error* load: error while loading file - "runSim.ocn" at line 40

Also check that in Options->Log Filter you don't have errors turned off.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
