editing icadv layout data in 6.1.x virtuoso

Hi All I'm reaching out to the layout community for some help solving a problem.

Does anyone know either through skill or other work arounds how to remove the advanced node color data that is added within the ICADV environment? My goal is to be able to open data that was touched in ICADV and edit within the Virtuoso 6.1.x family?

Thanks all

The mptScan UNIX utility can remove the coloring information from the layout.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
