Automation for the creation of over 100 pads around a ring using SKILL

I'm relatively new to SKILL and I noticed how tedious it is to put on any more than a few pads into a design. Is there a way to automate this process with SKILL? If there is, could you point me in the right direction of some literature to read about this process or just give me some general ideas of how I should do it? As of rn, the inputs that I want the script to receive are total number of pads, which pads are on the top, bottom, left, and right (IE bottom chunk starts with pad 1 and goes to pad 25), and finally which pins are digital, which are analog, which are breaks and ect. I'm thinking of using a python code as the front end, where the user would interact with, and having that kinda write the SKILL if that makes sense. The output I'm looking for would be the schematic and the Layout done based on the given specs. Any help you can give and any resource you can recommend would be greatly appreciated. Thank y'all.

This can certainly be done with SKILL. I don't have anything myself (I wrote something myself to do something similar many years ago before I worked for Cadence - so I don't have the code) which also worked to ensure that it optimised the bond wire angles, added fillers between the pads etc. So it's definitely doable.

Others may be able to provide examples.
