Passing parameter from schematic to DSPF netlist

Hi Cadence team,

I am having a parameter for devices in the properties form. I wish to pass this parameter to DSPF netlist. I cannot do changes in the LVS deck and so I need some other mechanism to do this. What I thought as a solution for this is: If I could somehow know the mapping of the schematic devices to DSPF netlist devices(complete hierarchy).

Can somebody help in this respect? Is there a script already existing? Can this be done in a better way?

Regards

Suryansh Singh

    Hi Suryansh,

I'm not sure I've ever seen parameterised DSPF, so I've no idea whether this works in practice or not. Rather than guessing how you've made it parameterised, the best thing would be to talk to customer support about this, and then we can both take the time to investigate (rather than doing this in our spare time) and also understand precisely how you're aiming to do this.

    Thanks,

    Andrew.
