cds_srr error

Hello,

This is related to the same issue posted here:https://community.cadence.com/cadence_technology_forums/f/custom-ic-skill/41322/cds_srr-doesn-t/1359466?focus=true

I am using IC6.1.8-64b.500.1 and spectre sub-version 18.1.0.235.isr3 and Matlab2018B.

Since I have a wrapper scripts in the way, in my .bashrc I export MATLABPATH as follows:

export MATLABPATH=/apps/cds/spectre181/tools/spectre/matlab/64bit

Then from the command window in matlab I type:

gm=cds_srr('./idcurvesw.raw','sweepvgs_dc-sweep','m1:gm');
contour(getfield(gm,'vgs_dc'),gm.dc,gm.S);

I get this error:

gm=cds_srr('./idcurvesw.raw','sweepvgs_dc-sweep','m1:gm');
contour(getfield(gm,'vgs_dc'),gm.dc,gm.S);

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks a lot in advance.

    You didn't show the error - you just repeated the code twice. I just tried it (using the same example - at least I think it's the same one you're using) and it works fine for me:
