How to add text in Pcell by scripts ?

Hi , I am a beginner of skill language.  I am trying to add some texts around a structure so that we can observe text label in the final chip when testing the sample.

I tried dbCreateLabel, but seems the label will not appear in the final chip die.

Anyone know how to do this ?

    Thanks a lot, Andrew. But i did not find turo toolbox in Virtuoso Layout XL. Under options, there are "display,  editor, selection, magnifier... "

    If  you scroll down the article, it tells you that after IC6.1.5 the toolbox isn't there (much of the turbo toolbox functionality is now integrated as standard features in the tool). However, the PG text has not been fully integrated yet, so the article tells you to call a SKILL function to invoke it.
