In general it's best to get the technology data for Voltus-Fi directly from the foundry, as I believe we've moved away from using this utility. If in doubt though, please contact customer support as we can then discuss this in more detail whilst preserving confidentiality.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Thank you Andrew.

By the way, I am confused with the usage of ircxtoict  in the QRC tool.

the usage is diffrent with the document.

why can not I use ircxtoict like the first usage(in the red box) as document showed.

    thank you very much.

Well, as I said, the use of ircxtoict has been deprecated; in current versions it's no longer documented because you should (as I said before) be getting the data from the foundry rather than converting it using ircxtoict.

What you're seeing is that the documentation didn't quite catch up with the tool (the -em_update in older versions used to be optional, then it wasn't any more) - but given that the documentation hasn't been present since at least EXT18.2 (so not in EXT19.1 or QUANTUS20.1 either), that should be a clear indication that I wasn't talking rubbish and you shouldn't be running  it yourself but should get the data directly from the foundry in the right format.

    Andrew.
