SKILL script to compare two netlist and extract information about updated instances

I want to write a SKILL script that will compare 2 netlists(say original netlist & updated netlist). These two netlists are almost similar except that some of the device properties are changed (say length-->'l' & width-->'w' of some mos devices, etc..these devices can be any instances so it may also include resistors, capacitors etc..). Now I have to compare these netlist and extract the library name, cell name, instance name, property name, and property values and write into another file

(The netlists are generated from virtuoso-->ade-L-->Simulation-->Netlist-->create)

Is this possible to implement SKILL. If not is there any other way out??

The final output file will be used to update the schematic in virtuoso for which I have written the SKILL procedure and that is working. Now I have to provide input to this skill procedure for which I need to get the information about the updated properties of instance in the above said format

Thank You
