Dump tech File

Hi

I have a tech library "A" which is hierarchically referenced to another tech libraries in the following way:

tech lib "C" is referenced to tech lib "D", tech lib "B" is referenced to tech lib "C", tech lib "A" is referenced to tech lib "B".

I want to dump the the tech file containing all the information. But when I dump the tech file "A" because this is at the top in the hierarchy. the dump techfile is showing only the information defined in the tech lib "A" but not the tech information of the tech libs it is referenced to.

Is there a way I can get a single tech file containing the information from all the techlibs "A", "B", "C", and "D"?

Thanks and Regards

Saurabh

    No.

There are a couple of old requests for this, but there was no compelling reason at the time to do this and so there are no plans to implement such a capability.

You can use the SKILL API to retrieve information from the effective tech file, so it's unclear why dumping a single tech file from the entire incremental tech db graph makes sense.
