usage of SKILLIDE on a bug in measurement running in Explorer

Hello all.

One can put breakpoints, get even a red line where an error happen in SKILLIDE, when running SKILLIDE, and CIW.

However, this is not happening in Explorer. I assume because it is a parallel process, and a non-GUI one.

Is there a way to get the GUI operating, and use the IDE break-points, and what have you, also when the code is run on Explorer and/or Assembler?

Not sure what you are trying to do the breakpoint on - only some parts of the Explorer/Assembler operations are done in the background. Calculator functions are one, for example.

Anyway if you set "Optimize Single Point Run" on the Setup->Job Setup and only run a single simulation (so no sweeps or corners) then it will run within the same Virtuoso and you can debug using the IDE. Only when multiple simulations are run will it launch a background Virtuoso.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
