Where or how do you find the default lsw layer order?

    It comes from the tech file. If leLSWLayers is defined, then that is used, otherwise it uses the order in the techLayerPurposePriorities subsection of the layerDefinitions section (this also defines the drawing order - for more information see the documentation).
