Generating metal shape under pins

Hi,

I've got this scenario where i need to generate metal shapes under selected pins in layout.

Its best if the metal shape could be a wire/path and if i've an option to select the orientation for the metal wire/path to be generated and the length of the metal.

Appreciate if anyone could post a SKILL that i could use.
