How do I export Spectre simulation results to file to use photoshop or visio?

Hello,

I simulated with ic51.41.151 using spectre tool.

I want to save the waveform as vector image and modify it in visio or photoshop,

is there a way to extract it?

The only real option you have if using the very old IC5141 software (which came out over 16 years ago) is if you're using wavescan to plot waveforms, you can do File->Print, pick "print to file" and then it will save a PostScript file (which is a vector format).

A better option would be to use "viva" from IC615 or later (even that was released in 2011, so that's been possible for over 9 years), where you can save an image in SVG (scalable vector graphics) format.

    Thank you.

    Your advice is very helpful.
    I'll try a later version.
