Model Files For resistor And Capacitor while doing Montecarlo, Mismatch Analysis?

I am working on cadence tsmcN65 version v1d7a. When I do Montecarlo analsis I can see one model file and i can select five files ff,fs,ss,sf,tt from them . These files work for mosfets, right? How can i see variation in resistors and capacitors effects?
Earlier i worked on 180nm in which there were separate model files for resistor and capacitors. Can you help me how can i locate them in tsmc65nm
