how to prevent Viva plot window coming to forefront awvPlotWaveform()

Hi All,

Upon completion of Ocean/Skill simulation i'm plotting results using awvPlotWaveform().

When plotting the Viva window automatically pops up.

I'm looking for a way to prevent the Viva window from grabbing the focus: The repeated pop-ups disturb work i might be doing in another workspace (another Virtuoso session).

I would like the plot window to remain minimized during the plot, i searched for Skill function to minimize plot window but have not found anything.

How to solve?

kind regards
Hans

    Hans,

I don't think minimising (or iconifying) the window would help here - awvPlotWindow causes it to be opened and raised to the front.

I think you'll need to contact customer support. It may need an enhancement (e.g. an argument to awvPlotWindow) to prevent the window being raised.
