hierarchically shape generation

Hello everybody, 

can you kindly suggest me a smart solution to solve a layout issue?

First of all I need to find a specific kind of layer in hierarchy from top to the bottom level (in my case a shape like a square with the same label on, red in image attached) .

After doing that search i need to connect all these layer by path or shape.

The main challenge is that this shape to connect all these "square" are inside another kind of layer , but all connected to each other(orange in image attached)

So, path or shape to be generated (red square)must be inside this second kind layer (orange layer), it can't leak out from the second kind of layer.

I'm inexperienced so every suggestion is appreciated
